Every class is coach-led by industry professionals who guide you through every workout, step by step.
Working on that strict pull-up? We got you. Want to walk up stairs without pain? We can help. Our trainers are experts in the art of scaling and modifying workouts to meet you exactly where you are. Our community offers so much more than just a workout. It would be a shame to put off something that could change your life!
So, still not sold? How about some beginner options? With your first month’s membership, you get what’s called an “Assessment 60”. 60 minutes of one-on-one or small group work where we teach foundational movements of Crossfit. We take this time to assess your current level of fitness and together, we make a decision of where to go from there. Feel ready to jump into classes? Great! Feel like you need some more one-on-one time? We can schedule you right away.
