WHAT IS CROSSFIT

Our goal is to provide the tools and knowledge to best help you tackle your health and fitness goals. We believe in the CrossFit methodology. This differs from other programs in its commitment to defining results and stimulus. This approach allows our clients to not only get fit, but get fit FASTER. 



Constantly varied functional movements executed at a relative high intensity across broad times and modal domains. Combined with eating meat, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no added sugar in quantities that support exercise but not body fat. 

This is what we believe is the “secret sauce” to a better quality of life. And we’d love for you to join us and experience it first hand.

I started CrossFit back in 2013. I was looking for an outlet after graduating and found something way better. I earned my L1 in 2015 and never looked back! Outside of the gym you can find me playing pickle ball, taking photos, or somewhere cozy with a good book. 

Western Michigan University Alumni

My wife Morgan introduced me to CrossFit in November of 2018. Having exercised the majority of my life, I thought I would crush CrossFit workouts.
I was very quickly humbled, and hooked immediately. I fell in love with the workouts, the methodology, and the community. 

Outside of the gym you can find me on the golf course, baking bread, or playing with my best buds, Waylon and Bailey.
